Why Do I Work With Helpers?
In 2015, when I launched my private practice, I never planned to focus on healers, helpers, and caregivers. My initial aim was to work with teenagers, LGBTQ+ individuals, and relationship therapy (check out my full work history below if you're curious). I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of people across individual, relational, family, and group settings. But when I reflected on who I was most effective at working with and what topics sparked my passion, it became clear: I thrive on supporting overwhelmed and burned-out healers, helpers, and caregivers, using deep self-reflection and boundaries to guide them.
Bonus points if we can tell it like it is, drop some F-bombs, and laugh while we work.
